If you're sick my advice would be to give yourself another couple hundred calories to make sure your body has the fuel to do what it needs to fight off the illness. Making yourself sick for longer will probably do more harm than good. Loss of strength is likely an illusion, you don't lose muscle that fast. You're likely…

I work in a warehouse. Of course I previously worked at a call center where I sat on my *kitten* all day and lost weight at 2100 calories.
-
I'm currently at 2200 a day as my goal. If I ever get back to counting then I'll probably raise that a touch as I'm still losing (albeit slowly) despite eating terribly lately. Perks of working in a warehouse.

Do you want dick pics? Because that's how you get dick pics.

Yes, you can save as many as you want and use them anytime, though MFP doesn't support modelling that. You'd either need to retroactively add things in to older days or just keep track of it manually to make it work.

Nope.

Looks catch the eye, personality seals the deal.

Protein doesn't fill me up. It sucks, but when I eat a protein heavy meal I tend to still be hungry when I'm done. You may need to experiment with foods until you find some that make you feel full.

Cheese, lunch meat, frozen chicken tits, water.

An unreleased album "Rainstriker" by Eleni Violaris. Might be released sometime this summer.

I do it as well sometimes, trying to get back into logging regularly. It helps a lot when you have things thought out, less likely to grab extra stuff on a whim.

Abs and nerdiness are the main things that come to mind.

You'll have to choose between weight loss and muscle gain, you can't really do both. at the same time. If you want to gain muscle then start eating at a surplus for a while, if you want to continue losing fat keep eating at a deficit, then when you've reached your goal weight start eating at a surplus. Keep lifting either…

I fight with this myself. Especially since I work morning and I'm not a morning person. I think after my current stock of pop is gone I may just buy a bottle of caffeine pills and use that for my mornings instead. I've done the same yo-yo that you describe, going from drinking constantly to abstaining then slipping back…

Not nearly that many, probably in the 3000-3500 range, despite my mom trying to make me take the pumpkin pie home.

Ride the Wind by Eleni Violaris. Her album is only available for Kickstarter backers at the moment.

Is "Meh" a choice? If not, yuck. Kale

The sounds of traffic outside. Since I doubt that's what you're looking for I opened up Winamp and it's on Two Steps From Hell. They're guys who made movie soundtracks that decided to do original albums.

Cheese. Everything else I run out of from time to time, but I pretty much always have cheese.

If you want to lose weight you have to eat less, period. If you don't want to gain muscle you need to cut back on the weight you are lifting.

Protein bar and 7.5 oz Mountain Dew.

I'm a LOT better now that I have an active job.

I've tried to confirm this in the past, but I slept through it so I can't tell.

I usually try not to, why waste time you could be doing something fun?

That and people asking "What's the best 'cleanse' program?" and then refusing to accept it when they're told that they are all BS.

Play videos games pretty much. I eat better on non-work days because I get hungry less often and can spend the days doing nothing. Currently trying to finish most of the cheevos for Destiny, then I'm going to finish up Forza Horizon 2.

I should probably cut out pop, just because moderation is difficult for me with my liquid calories. I can probably train myself to handle it properly, but it would likely be faster and easier to start a strict "No" policy.
