I should probably cut out pop, just because moderation is difficult for me with my liquid calories. I can probably train myself to handle it properly, but it would likely be faster and easier to start a strict "No" policy.

Wear sunscreen. More seriously: Nothing that happens in high school matters, go for it, if you *kitten* up it won't matter in 2 years, if you succeed you'll remember for a lifetime. I know you think you want to go into IT as a career, you don't. I don't know what you SHOULD pick, but skip that.

It probably dried out. Dry bread goes stale and turns into croutons, it doesn't get moldy. Put a couple of drops of water in there and it may just sprout.

I weigh once a month, on the first day of the last weekend of the month. I don't eat or drink anything until I have my morning purge, then I weigh and have breakfast.

Very nice. Great job! Keep your muscle in mind with your weight goal, dropping so and adding muscle might be too far, you might want to drop 10 and add muscle.

Only one power cage at mine. It's fine when I go at 2AM, but during busy hours I imagine it's probably constantly in use. Other than that the place is great.

It shouldn't slow anything down, in fact since you're burning calories it should speed it up slightly. It should also increase the SIZE loss as well since muscle is more dense than fat. Are you still keeping close track of your calories?

A job. Once I started making my own money I was able to eat what I wanted when I wanted. Midnight Taco Bell runs, 3 burritos instead of 2, large Mountain Dew refills, it all adds up.

You can. You'll lose weight faster if you don't, but it may be unpleasant. Most people eat about half of the calories back from what I've seen.

If you're looking to get stronger the answer is "As much as you can lift for 5 sets of 5 reps", You only get stronger by lifting enough to make your body go "Oh crap, I need to make more muscle if she's going to do this!" A 2 pound dumbbell isn't going to do much of anything for you. If you're looking to get stronger you have to lift enough to make your body adapt. Unless you're honestly weak enough that 2 pounds is a struggle all you're doing is maybe burning a handful of extra calories.

I'm on the Best Coast, so the day was just starting, I was coming down the stairs and dad poked his head around the corner and said "I think we're at war." First couple periods of school were pretty quiet and involved a lot of TV.

Why choose a goal weight? Choose a goal appearance. My goal is pretty much the same as yours and I'm going to keep going until I get it, regardless of what my weight is.
