I decided to use a D-ring type belt while I lose weight. It probably helps that I don't have to dress up for work. Though I did get some suspenders for my "dress" pants. They probably don't count as dress pants when I plan on pairing them with a bright blue Doctor Who shirt.

I try not to take anything seriously when I'm sick. This last month I had a cold and my scale said I lost 3lbs, but I think that was all snot. My weight did go back up almost two weeks later after my cough disappeared. Being ill does funny things to you so eat well to recover as soon as possible.

I'm 6' and wear size 10.5 in men's. I love skater shoes. In women's I'm typically a 12 for closed two and will sneak into 11 or 10s for open toe. I'm so jealous of all these people with size 9 and 10 shoes...

A packet of flavored oatmeal (cinnamon roll is my fav). 1 large egg. Mix...add a bit of milk to thin it down. Cook like a pancake. Eat with berries and a cup of milk.

My current favorite is Oatmeal Pancakes. 1 packet of flavored oat meal (Cinnamon Roll is my fav), 1 large egg, a touch of milk to thin it down. Cook it up on the stove. Eat with berries and a cup of milk.
