Hello my name sake, I have lost 61 lbs. and I agree this is a great setting to do it in, lots of supportive people. I am not at my goal yet but close. I also quit smoking about 10 years and 1 month ago, and it is like I never smoked, it is a very wise decision. Congratulations on your success!

I love my one because I can stick it on my bra and forget about it at work, I don't want anything with an armband walking around work. It took me some time to adjust with the One, but MFP and one are getting pretty close now.

Yesterday I was up over 12,000 steps walking at work, and it was like go, move it! I was like NO! I'm done now!

Check what you have your stride set to. It took me a while to realize that if it was not correct, I had to adjust it up not down. I started out at 1.8 feet, but my stride is actually 2 feet. Stevia isn't new, it comes from a leaf similar to mint and has been around for a very long time. Truvia is relatively new, but you can buy less processed Stevia too.

I don't think it is selfish, but if you have not, I would try lifting heavy weights first, 100 lbs. is not that much to have that much skin, you might be surprised what more muscle will do.

I tried Rhodiola once on the advice of my Sister, and it did not go well, it made me break out and other unpleasant things, so I stopped it. I eat at least a gram per lb. of my body weight per day, I do eat too many carbs sometimes, try not to but lifting makes you hungry.
