I am 6 weeks postpartum and starting back at it! My current weight is 205 which is 7lbs more than my pre pregnancy weight. I gained 34 lbs in total. I want to lose that last 7lbs plus more! I was working on losing weight prior to pregnancy and I am going to continue now that I have my sweet baby

I walk in addition to other exercising. Sometimes workout videos in the house. But spinning is my favorite. Walking is enjoyable and keeps you focused on staying active. I'm in the same boat. I'm about 20lb heavier than I was last year. However it has been easier for me to become active again. Walking is great exercise. I love spinning myself and just took it up again recently. Giving up soda is a great idea. Just coming in here for support and ideas should help you get back on track :)

This is the same problem I have! I cannot keep unhealthy snacks in the house and think that I will eat them in moderation lol. I only keep things now like fruits, granola bars, nuts, and 100 calorie pop corn mmmmm....

I am on week 4 and I am loving it. Satisfies my crazy sweet tooth, makes counting calories easier on here, and I only have to worry about cooking one meal a day. Perfect for me. I have lost 10lbs while using it. I will FR you :)

I have been going strong for a month. I am actually afraid to have a cheat day...like it will spiral me back in to old habits. But I have actually found yummy healthy food that I now crave. Greek cucumber dill dip with baked pita crackers mmmm....it just feels so good to be healthy. !

I was just thinking about this! I didn't eat those things everyday but I definitely had my moments. I set mini goals ones a week. Friday is my weigh day and I set my goal for the following Friday that day as in weight loss wise. Reasonable of course 1.5-2.0lbs. It keep things in perspective. As for a reward I feel like the weight loss so far had been a reward itself. But maybe if I reach it tomorrow I will treat myself…

I agree with this answer. It sounds like there is something else going on that is effecting your GI system besides just your intake. And anxiety or stress can increase bowel movements. Also high intake of caffeine. Good luck.
