I'm a mother of 2 little girls, and i want to loose my baby-weight and everything... but i wouldnt want to force that kind of lifestyle of my kids. I think showing them how to eat properly (at least what's proper for me) will make a lasting impression on them. They will learn a thing or 2 about nutrition, not so much…
