1lb is equal to 3500 calories. Water retention and what you eat on certain days can also effect your weight. 1-2lbs p/w sounds really heathly to me so i wouldn't stress too much about it.

I hope so. If not i went super over target. i burned about 800 calories exercising yesterday . If i didn't eat them back would have probably dropped dead.
