I went backpacking in India in December last year and China before that. In India I lost 3lbs (3 weeks) and in China I lost 6lbs (2 weeks). Indian food is a little richer than the food I ate in China. I recommend carrying around some nuts. In most Asian countries you can usually pick up single servings of fruit from street…

I am glad you said this because I am on Day 6 and I have gained 1kg. I'm hoping it is from water retention. My thighs feel really swollen from it.

Eating food with a low GI Index really works for me. I drink coffee if I am hungry in between meals and that usually helps too. Good luck

very nearly 6ft, wear a size 71/2 or 8 (UK). No problems buying shoes in the UK but I live in Asia.

If it's only a pound don't worry about it. Could be excess salt retaining water in your body.

Probably because of long running contracts but the fact that they are doing must mean that there is consumer pressure, which means that the majority knows that this kind of advertising is garbage.

I had similiar symptoms and it was acid reflux. I also felt like my stomach was expanding and pushing my ribs. I was advised to not eat fats, dairy, alcohol, drinks with caffeine (black tea, coffee, soft drinks) or gluten for a couple of days and was also given some meds, it cleared up in about two days. The circumstances…

I have never done Zumba but i am in the 200s and I did do cardio and strength exercises. I'd say go along, find somewhere at the back of the class, to the side, push as hard as you can but if you need a rest stop for a couple of seconds and then get back into it.

what is the Tabata workout?

I agree with your daughters sandwich dislike. When I made sandwiches I would take all the ingredients in mini plastic dishes. Then, made the sandwiches just before i ate them. Alternatively, how about something like Asian rice balls (onigiri/ kimbap). I'm sure you can find info online.

I TOTALLY understand this. I live in Korea, too. I was told by a photographer (visa photos) that the best way to diet is to "eat kimchi, hamburgers no good." I then continued to tell me "good face, pretty, but too much fat".

I ran for a long time but really saw very little difference in my middle. My arms and legs got thinner and more muscular. ATM I am on day 4 of the 30day shred. So fingers crossed.

i had mine out last year. I had severe bile reflux which started about 2 months after surgery. I'd cough it up and it caused my gums to blister and bleed. The doc recommended eating a super clean diet for a week (think it was more like 2) with some meds and it sorted itself out. Now i am not on the meds but if i go out…

I used to have a thyroid problem and was prescribed 100mg Levothyrioxine. I was diagnosed at 16 but it wasn't severe enough to treat, finally i was given a prescription when i was 19 and was on 100mg until i was 26. I was moody, couldn't study, used to fall asleep at random times, I'd feel like crying when i was really…
