Man so much green tea hate lol. I drink about 4 cups a day. Besides that I only drink water. But no, it doesn't do anything for weight loss. Just tastes great!

I see this post as developing a bad relationship with food. Nothing is BAD, just have things in moderation. I still have the odd burger every few months and I have lost 100 pounds. LEARN about what is in your food, have less of this type of thing and more fresh but no need to extreme and kill poor Ronald!

I am too scared to eat mine. What if my HRM is overestimating lol. I wish I would cause I get pretty hungry but hey I have lasted 16 months doing that so I am not falling off any wagons yet lol

No. No. No and No. I'm not sure what else to say. If you are eating 600 cals a day and probably burning that much or more in the 2+ hours you say you exercise.... what exactly is fueling your body???? You are entering eating disorder territory here. I would suggest seeking professional help on healthy weight loss

Sorry too many rules for me, you lost me after the first few sentences. My rule. WORK OUT WHAT WORKS FOR YOU AND DO IT. Screw everyone else and their rules. PS I have lost 46.5kg with this attitude.... so I win lol

My doc says the same! She has this current pic on her phone and shows people. Her words are (she says). 'If this girl can grow some balls and lose this weight while facing so many challenges... what's your excuse?' lol LOVE HER

I lave lost 46.5kg and I have never chosen a diet. I follow the numbers that MFP gives me and that's all I do along with a little exercise. No need to jump on any bandwagons!
