I started walking at 370 pounds and haven't stopped since. 103 pounds down. Firstly I couldn't even make it to the end of the street, now I can do 5 mile. Take it easy to start with. I used to trail behind my family constantly, now they say they can't keep up!

Are you entering it into MFP as well as letting it make the adjustment. Looks to me like you have manually entered it and it's going OK well if you already added it, I will take away my adjustment

I log herbs and spices if they are part of a recipe in the recipe builder, apart from that I log every morsel of food or drink. Yep I don't care if people see me a cuckoo!

I don't do a 'cheat meal' I do a 'treat meal' once a fortnight... so instead of cheating on my calories, I treat myself to something I wouldn't normally have that still fits in my calorie count. This is the most boring thing I have ever seen. No sugar. No way lol. I have lost 106 pounds and I eat sugar like a trooper and I eat whenever the mood takes me, none of this certain amount of calories at certain meals. Stay under your calorific number, make the best choices you can, move more. The end

I drink about 4 cups a day, but not for weight loss, because I love it and I only drink green tea and water, nothing else. Doesn't really aid with the weight loss that I am aware of
