  • Also what I needed to hear. Same problems, I even bought a new scale lol. I am doing 30 days shred with a 1300 calorie a day (clean eating) diet and it's my 10th day in. The clothes feel much loser and my bum feels pretty good to ;-)

  • My best avocado dip. Everyone loves it. 1 x Avocado, 1 x Spring Onio, 1 tsp chicken or vegetable broth powder (yeast and msg free) plus 2-3 Tsp of Water. Put it all in a blender for a few seconds. Voila. Variations with chopped parsley and/or a little fresh garlic. Bon Appetit.
