  • There is lots of protein in turkey and its very lean and low on calories. (even the dark meat) I sub red meat with turkey. My family hasnt even noticed the difference. I also eat a lot of the white parts of boiled eggs as snacks when I get around to making them.
  • running burns the most calories or walking at an incline... I run briskly then run moderately changing speed and incline continually....I do this for 58 minutes and burn about 500 calories or more depending on my routine. Swimming laps will also help you trim inches incredibly fast.
