slow down and take your time. Do it at your pace. If you have not exercised in a long time, only exercise every other day for 20 mins and then increase as you feel like it. No exercise days means rest.

I have not hit my total daily calories at all. Still adjusting foods. Sometimes over on carbs until I exercise and it wipes them out. Give him snacks to eat during the day. Like said before protein shake, or yogurt or something additional besides just the 3 meals. Time will catch up with him eventually.

I use to have that problem. Try a golden delicious apple in the morning. It helps to ward off the sugar craving in the evening.

Same here. But here is what I did. Added a tbsp of cinnamon to your cereal in the am. It will help resolved the shakes. Plus I added a piece of fruit in the am between breakfast and lunch.
