I think you're ok to do what you've been doing all along. For me, I haven't went running yet just because I feel nauseous a lot. However, I'm feeling pretty good this morning, so I may run 4.5k at lunch.

To all those of you with pets and who are being challenged with the shedding, here are a few tips for you (I have a Rottweiler, a cat and two rabbits)... Don't let the pets go on the furniture and keep them out of certain rooms you want hair free. My pets are only allowed in the living room and in the basement. The…

Thanks everyone! The nausea is particularly bad tonight. I seem to have some GI issues as well. Good times. Peppermint tea seems to help.

My go-to workout is walking and biking. I also run a lot, but not feeling up to it at the moment because of nausea. All that bouncing...blurgh...

Congratulations! I would speak to your health care provider in regards to your diet. They will be a good source of information.

Great list! People need to be realistic when it comes to weight loss. There is no quick fix. Consistency and patience are key.

Why not consult a professional such as a dietician if you have concerns about what you're eating?...

I run 4km during my lunch. My boss allows me to eat lunch at my desk as long as we don't have clients around. I always try to eat something that is inconspicuous. Any form of activity is better than no form of activity. Walking is also great.

Go for a long jog… That should get things moving. LOL. Strategically plan your route so that there are a few toilets available. Things could get hairy… BTDT.

I wash my hair every two days and use a dandruff shampoo. If I workout and sweat a lot, I still won't wash it unless it's on the 2nd day. My hair gets very dry if I shampoo every day.

My dog is VERY high energy and requires a daily walk/jog (minimum 1 hour walk or 30 minute jog). If she doesn't go on her walk or jog, she gets really busy. She will exercise in the house. LOL. We don't want that because she's a 60lb Rottweiler. I don't have a gym membership because my free time is taken up exercising her.…

Do you measure your waist? I wonder what a 12lb gain would add to your waist? I'm guessing 3 to 4 inches.

Concentrate on your form and make sure you're wearing the right type of shoe. If you're serious about running, invest some money in a good brand of jogging shoe. Go to a reputable store and the staff will be able to assist you. Most importantly, listen to your body.

Usually if I feel ill from too much exercise, it's during or right after my workout. I really bad runner's trots once and the diarrhea lasted all evening. This only happened once. Maybe it was a combination of exercise and food. Was the gym hot? Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

I definitely feel the burn more when biking. It might be because my routes are pretty hilly Do whichever activity you like the most or just alternate between them.

That was me! :) From my experience, the best meats are the seafood, poultry and pork. Their "hamburguesas" are made with ground pork as well. Delish! To the OP, if you have a chance to eat off the resort, do so. Try to find a restaurant that serves fresh lobster. You can get a lobster meal for two including apps and drinks…

I was in Cuba in February and had a fabulous time. People will say the food isn't that great, but I thought it was good compared to Mexico and Dominican Republic. In addition, I've never gotten sick in Cuba. Mexico and DR are a totally different story. LOL. Cuba will have a great variety of poultry and sea foods. Stay away…

Don't give up. You already lost 33lbs!!! That's great. If you stop, do you want to gain those lbs back? I doubt it. People gave you good advice about staying away from processed food. Plan your meals ahead. That may help you. Keep up the good work.

I'm a 34 year-old woman (happily married) with no children due to circumstances. Anyhow, I would love to have more friends who either have no children by choice or by circumstance. Friend me if you wish.

Cycling is my favourite. I also enjoy open water swimming. It's too bad I don't live in a warm climate. I wish I could do these activities all year round.

Fit, maybe you can aim for distance rather than time. Sometimes I will run my 5k route and other times I will walk it. Resistance training is also recommended. Honestly, I dislike weights a lot, so I'm trying to incorporate more body weight exercises into my routine. I would love to be able to do a pull-up… Keep on running!

They're probably irritating your digestive system. I have this problem if I eat too much red meat. I limit my red meat portions, or, I'll be sorry. It was so bad once that I woke up in the middle of the night wanting to toss my cookies. Thank God for Gravol!

I see a lot of exercise shaming on MFP and it's sad. People should do what they like and what they stick with regardless of what it is.

I'm what you would consider a "cardio bunny". I run, walk, bike, x-country ski and swim. I've gotten better results by doing things I like and stick with as opposed to lifting weights in a gym. Yawn. The terrain I run and bike on is fairly hilly, so that may be why I seem leaner now than I ever was when going to the gym…

I participated in a handful of Cross Fit sessions and these were the positives that I got from it: - Very inclusive - Gets you out of your comfort zone - There are alternative moves - Very encouraging - Great group atmosphere - Great instructors However, I didn't stick to it because working out indoors just plain sucks for…

Walk on an incline on your treadmill.

Nothing beats a Harvey's burger.... (salivating like Homer Simpson)

Do you track your cycle? You may notice a pattern linking your BM and menstrual cycle. I was diagnosed with severe endo and noticed that during my period and a few days afterwards, I always felt bloated even though I had a BM. I think it was cysts thingy on my fallopian tube/ovary pushing against my colon (?). Thankfully,…

I'm very wary of gimmicky weight loss claims. People usually lose weight because they are eating less calories. It's as simple as that. Also, you're not paying for this. :)

Beef and veggie stew. Thinking I might make some tea biscuits as well. :)
