I put $1 in a box for every time I go workout and will put $3 in a jar for every pound lost.

Did 4 miles on the elliptical this morning before work.

Is there any way we can add a column that shows total lbs loss? I know I could subtract it out myself every week, but it helps motivate me when I see it on the sheet I guess and it could help others to see it as well.
