I feel your pain! i cant weigh myself easily as I use a wheelchair, I too, am an emotional eater. Take baby steps, and perhaps don't weigh every week.. sounds like it's just getting you down. Keep a close eye on your calories, MFP does that for you, drink as much water as you can, try drinking a glass before you eat...…

Agreed Matt... cutting calories drastically, only leads to weight being gained quickly in the long run. Good luck wendy... add me if u wish guys x
