  • I do good until I let exercise take a back seat to everything else. I have found that when I am "too busy to exercise", I am hungrier. OR, it may be that when I exercise, I don't want to eat bad stuff to ruin the hard work I've done. Either way...it's a reminder that it's not just about eating right...it's about moving…
  • Florastor has helped me considerably. My BM's are much more regular which helps keep my IBS symptoms at bay. I feel better too. It's expensive, but totally worth it.
