on Saturdays I have good old normal food and always go over the limit; your boddy needs a boost of good old fashioned eating once in a while to kick start the metabolism again!

yes I often fill it in in advance....gives me a better picture of caloroe intake that way. It also helps me decide whether i need more carb or fibre or protein in the last meal of the day xx

There are plenty of non alcoholic beers /lagers out there that are very low in calories.the other tool is will power! ha ha

I put on 5lbs last September on holiday and that really set me back; it is only this week that MY HEAD IS RIGHT AGAIN TO GET CRACKING! Come on girl WE CAN DO IT! I f you could see and taste the cup cakes my daughter makes as a hobby you would let them slowly melt in you mouth and savout every minute of eating them........ as for the designs she does they are out of this world! shop bought ones are just not right somehow! ha ha

I make up 4 sugar free jellies and then eat them with a blob of low fat yoghurt on the top..you can add frsh fruit too if you want.

I was once at the same stage as you..take it slow but sure and do it! Instant results are impossible but when you get three months down the line your jealousy will have disappeared. xx

It makes me happy when people actually notice I have lost weight when they don't know I have been dieting so I know it is a genuine comment. I must be looking better for them to say it. I will be happier still when and if I lose another stone.xxxxx

I don't actually drink alcohol but I find that becks blue non alcoholic lager is tasty and quite low in calories
