Great job!!! Beating myself up thinking about where I could be if I had continued my efforts earlier this year. I lost about 35 lbs and then put them back on all in the last 9 months. : (

Been thinking about going Gluten free for a while now. I've been doing some research on it, I have a health condition that could be improved if I can stick with it. Today is the first day that I have really not eaten anything with Gluten. Any tips, tricks or ideas?

I'm in the same boat, lost 130 lbs and after getting remarried and 2 pregnancies, now need to lose 100 lbs to get back down to where I was. I lost 25-30 in the spring and have gained it all back. With 4 kids and work I just can't seem to find a grove to stick to and have no energy!

How did everyone do? I am starting a challenge today. I have done it in the past and used advocare products for a while, just not consistently! LOL. Good luck to you! I am starting the advocare 24 day challenge today, hoping to lose some weight and stay on track since I spent the $$$ on this. LOL. I am hoping this will be the motivation and jump start that I need. I have done it before, but it's been a long time and I feel more focused now.

I started walking on my lunch break this week. I am enjoying it, but miss my baby! I've been spending my lunch breaks to nurse her for the last 10 months! She is almost 11 months and I am very busy at work so we are trying to wean. She is my last baby so it makes me extra sad.

I completed week 2 of T25, I sure hope it gets easier! LOL. I am making a cake for my daughter's birthday party tomorrow. Hoping I am able to only have one small piece and send the rest home with somebody else!!!

I'm down 13 for the year, with 90-100 to go! I have friend requested you Mommyof4. I lost 130lbs several years ago and through 2 pregnancies I gained back 100! Makes me mad to think of all that hard work that I have to do all over again! I did it once, I can do it again!

I should've gone with low impact, lol. I am finishing up week 2 of T25 and it's challenging to say the least. I just do the best that I can, but I am determined to complete the 10 weeks!

Last week I was on point, got derailed over the weekend and I am finding it hard to get back on track! I've been so good today so far, same yesterday until I got home and munched while cooking dinner! Trying to drink lots of water to fill me up before I go home!

Thank you for the advice. T25 Week2Day1 in the books. I was a little lenient on my calories over the weekend, but saw a 3.8 lb loss this morning! My body must've needed some food! LOL.

I started on Monday and have stayed under my calories and haven't seen any losses yet, in fact the scale has gone up a little bit. I started T25 this week. I know this thread is old, but wanted to see if any of you would respond with your results if you completed the program and is gamma worth buying?

Has anyone tried the Gamma part of T25? I'm just wondering if I should purchase it as well. I don't enter my T25 workouts into MFP since my fitbit adds calories to mfp automatically. I don't usually eat them back anyways.
