Hello all.....minor set back this last week. We had some bad weather so I was iced in at the house with my kiddos. We cooked lots of comfort foods and watched movies most of the time. I did not weigh at all last week. I am back at it today and moving on! I will update stats on me weigh in day this week.

I have been back "on track" or logging for a week now, down 4.8 lbs. I was hoping for a bit more, due to water weight and all of the junk I was eating before. And the scale hasn't moved in a couple of days, but I'm going to blame that on my monthly and keep trucking along. How is everyone else doing?

We have similar stats, I am going to add you! I am trying to count calories and be avoid carbs for the most part, focusing on getting my protein in. I want in! Been off and on the keto wagon for over a year. I have lost 40lbs but haven't been able to get back on track and keep gaining and losing the same few lbs over and over.

My scale hasn't moved in over a week! Inched up .2 here and there but no loss! I was extra good yesterday and still nothing. I am going to stick with it and drink more water today, hoping for a loss! I am far from my goal weight so that's not the problem.

Yesterday I had a bunless chili cheeseburger to go w grilled jalapenos and onions. It was the best thing ever!

I am finally feeling better and like I have actually lost some weight, but still haven't gone down a size yet. Probably because I was squeezing into my current jeans when I started. Starting date 12/5/16 @ 281.2 Jan. 3 : 271.4 CW : 255.2. GW : @160 Down 26 lbs total, down @ 16 for the month of January.

I indulged in too much sugar free candy on Monday, went over my calories and I paid for it. In more ways than one! The scale went up and is gradually is coming back down, but I was at my lowest Monday morning. So that is really discouraging! Now I know to steer clear of the sf candy, because I have no self control!

Hello ladies! I started Keto in December, always looking for keto friends! I am down 21 lbs, but I also cheated a little at Christmas and New Years. I'm seeing good results now that I'm learning more and sticking with it!

I hit 20lbs down yesterday and down another pound today! 21 since Dec. 5 and that's with a little cheating and not logging at Christmas and again at New Years.
