8/29 weigh in 203....a gain! :( Determined to better this week,,,holiday weekend or not! Not sure if I will be able to post weight next Monday or not, we will be driving home from mini-vacation. If not I will post first thing Tues. morning.

Calories in and calories out. My nutritionist said that woment she eat a minimum of 1200 calories a day, no matter what size you are. That is the lowest you should consume so that your body doesn't go into starvation mode. Have you been exercising? Do you eat healthy foods for your calories or junk?

You are only allowed to eat certain things...very strict diet. Look it up online or in yahoo groups and they can give you lots of info. I did it for a couple of weeks. It was tough. I had to plan and prepare my food on Sunday, to be ready for the week. I did lose about 20 lbs. But you absolutely cannot cheat! Or you will…

Count me in! Just what I need! I am trying to get back to a previous low weight (before marriage and a baby). And we have a fancy wedding to go to on my husband's birthday in 12 weeks. Hopefully, this 10 week challenge will help me get back to where I want to be.
