height: 170 cm (5 foot 7 inches) start weight: 73 kg (160 lbs) current wight: 70 kg (154 lbs) goal weight: 59 kg (130 lbs) I've just finished 4 years of combining work with part-time study which completely wrecked my diet and exercise habits. Trying to get back my good habits and my old figure:)
