Sometime when I log my food, I don't include EVERYTHING so it doesn't look like I went over my allotted calories for the day. :-( ... self sabotage.

Hello, I've been using Myfitness Pal for a few years now. It's a constant back and forth from being on track and falling off track. I am looking to have some accountability partners because I can't seem to get it "back" together. I want to try to drop at least 10 lbs by Sept 3rd if possible. I welcome all new friends!!
