Wow, I'm really surprised by the comments here! I'm 5'5" with slightly shorter-than-average legs, and my daily exercise is an hour of walking at least 5mph (sometimes 5.5mph) on the treadmill. I'd definitely call it a purposeful walk, as I don't approach 5mph just walking around in my daily life, but it's still comfortable…
