Yes! It's so easy to do and the weight is so much easier to put on than take off! I'm just getting serious again. I was back over 200 but I weighed this morning at 198, so I'm happy with that. Slow and steady is the best.

Yes I am with you! I can definitely tell a big difference in the way my clothes fit and my endurance. But that scale will not move!!! Grrrr

If you have Netflix, there are a bunch of workouts on the instant streaming. Netflix is only 10 bucks a month. Plus there a bunch of movies and tv shows to enjoy too!
