  • It looks like we are in the same boat. I am also looking for additional motivation. I have lost a total of 60 lbs so far (with and without MFP) but seem to be on a plateau. It is becoming difficult in continuing on this weight loss journey without seeing progress. Please add me. cookiekrunch is my id
  • I use Flat Ons whole grain flatbread, 35 calorie spaghetti sauce, turkey pepperoni, fat free mozzarella cheese on top with onions, peppers, and mushrooms. It is so good and you don't have to take time to make dough. It satisfies my cravings for Pizza Hut and Papa John's!!
  • The only way to really enjoy frozen okra is with a tomato base. Diced tomatoes, turkey sausage, onions, maybe peppers or mushrooms and eat it like a soup.
  • I think eating under 1200 calories and not being hungry is possible if you snack on cucumbers, carrots, mushrooms, and greek yogurt throughout the day and eat plenty of veggies with some protein (fish or chicken). Just drink drink plenty of water and make hot herbal tea.
