I was on antidepressants and all it did was add 35kg to me... Hense why im a rolly polly now :(

I'm 5 foot and want to get down to 50 I was very happy at 47kg though so that's my goal just gotta shift about 38kg...

I cant it keeps me awake and also my hubbys pt said its best to workout with in 20 minutes of rising even if its just a walk. Something to do with raining heart rate keeping us up. But if u can do it and sleep well then do what work for u.
