I'll take an invite. 41 years old...so it will get tough. 6'2" 224lb currently. Lost almost eight pounds in the last two weeks. I don't have a weight goal, but I want to look good. I have some middle to lose. I would like to see 190, but a shift in fat/muscle ratio.

My daughter is 13, and a picky eater. Having her half time is tough...I've always been the healthier example. I let her be a kid. Taboo things make them go nuts when away. I also show her healthy(er) options. I put fresh bananas in pancakes when I make them, etc. I will make both of us a smoothie for the drive to school.…
