Normal? Yes. Married people watching porn? Sure, as long as it's not hurting your sex life. If I found my spouse watching porn? I'd join him, I guess. Or go watch my own.Or go play video games or something.

I eat less the next day, or go for an extra work out. Last night I went for a run because I wanted oh so badly to have a piece of cake.

My solution to this is powerdered peanutbutter. Seriously, google PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter. It's only 45 calories for 2 tablespoons. It's a freakin' life saver for me.

Just curious? Really? Well, start as a child with a family who loves to eat and fills the home with chips and sweets and pasta and second helpings. Then make sure you've got tons of bullies making you feel like crap so you start emotional eating. Then, be sure to date other foodies who are lazy as hell. Also, be sure to…

Yep -- I have set rewards for every 25lbs down, and I have a goal weight reward as well as a maintain-for-six-months goal. It helps keep me motivated.

I started at 276 and I'm down to 232!

I have a fitbit zip that I purchased on Amazon for >$50, and I love it. It's been a great motivator!

I've been using 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup frozen strawberries, I banana, and 2 tablespoons PB2 powdered peanut butter.

I'm currently drinking a smoothie - 1 banana, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 2 tablespoons powdered peanutbutter. It's soooooo good and a lot better than my pre-diet go-to breakfast of leftover pasta! :)

I started in February and I'm down 39. :)

I've had several false starts over the past 9 years, but this website is finally helping me get it right. Count those calories every day, even if you are going way over your goal. You need to form a habit and hold yourself accountable. Get a fitbit and try to reach the step goals it gives you. You CAN do this!! I've been…

I'm 5'6, I weight 241 and I wear a 20. My start weight was 275 and I wore a 22.

In your starting pic, you were probably a higher weight than your guesstimate. My start weight was 275. I wore a tight size 22 and a 1x top. I'm 5 foot 6.

Hey, for the record, my husband likes my sagging sacks of fat just fine. No need to shame people into exercising.

I'm down a cinder block! I remember the day when I lost as much weight as my two-year-old daughter weighs. That was exciting!

I've lost 32 pounds in 3 months with nothing but counting calories and walking.
-
I'm certainly no expert, but I've only been cutting calories and I've cut out fried food and started walking. I regularly eat carbs, even pasta and pizza. As long as I don't go over my calories (my start weight was 275 and I eat 1500/day) I'm losing weight.

These are they WHY answers I have listed in my profile: It's time. I want to be around for my children. Also: - Weigh less than I did at my wedding - Weigh less than I did at my prom - Have more sexual confidence - Buy a LITTLE black dress - No chub rub - Be carried over the threshold - Weight less than my husband - Pin-up…

Count me in! I'm looking for friends and a support team. My start weight in January was 276. I'm down to 248. I'd like to eventually get to 150. I work full time, I've got two kids (2 and 5). I was in the process of getting a VSG done, but it looks like if I lose one more pound I won't qualify. I'm going to try to do this…

I've only been reducing my caloric intake to what MFP suggests -- that, and I'm trying to up my fruit intake and drop my pasta intake. I've also cut out all friend food. Doing that, I've lost 20 lbs since mid January. I think that's a good start for you, especially if you're in too much pain to work out right now. As the…

I'm super nervous about this myself. A friend of mine lost 116 in the past year and he went from a round, jolly, double-chinned face to a, as the OP put it, a pelican neck. I'm so afraid that when I drop all this weight I'll like, head to toe, like a deflated balloon.
