Right?!? If I'm going to a wedding I'm going to wear a nice flowy dress so I can eat the free food and drink from the open bar and still be comfortable sitting down or dancing!

I usually just add a tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter and a splash of milk. Definitely going to try to find some chia seeds at the grocery store this week to add to my oatmeal too!

You do know that your taxes pay for a lot of stuff right? Do you get this worked up over all the wars that are fought with your tax dollars? I've always absolutely loved cooking and creating recipes, and I try to make dinner from scratch at least 5 nights per week. Agreed. I had an ulcer years ago and my stomach always burned right after meals, which felt a lot like hunger. Or something similar like IBS or acid reflux perhaps?
