I'm a little confused. I posted earlier today but it was September not August and I didn't see August. In case you did not get what I posted. I did 100 crunches and 100 jj's yesterday, making that a total of 200 for what I said I could do. I also did the 5 miles I promised. Take care everyone!

I will commit to 10 extra miles this week (I'm assuming that is Monday - Sunday). My favorite recipe is just a quick snack of a Healthy Life English muffin (toasted) - 80 calories and 1 Tbsp of Kroger Hazelnut Spread with Cocoa - 80 calories . . . . makes for a quick eat when I'm on the run, which I usually am! OK I am at 230.8, down .6 from start of challenge. I'm married to a wonderful man and I have a 17 yr old son and two little dogs.

Squats/Lunges - done! Regular exercise - done! 10 glasses of water! Under calorie goal!

Today I worked out, did 25 pushups, drank 19 glasses of water, and did 50 toe touches for the heck of it! I also stayed under my calorie count.
