Usually I get an XL-Dunkin Donuts French Vanilla with skim milk and 5 splenda, 4 days/week on my way in to work. I never drink coffee at home, though, weird. I TRY so hard to drink it black, I really do! I WANT to like it....I just can't. :)

I'm reading it the same way! :)

oooh I'm liking the fajita suggestion! Have all the chicken and veggies sliced up ahead of time, and it's a pretty quick meal! Tortillas, some rice, a salad...yum! :)

I know I can't have cereal/milk for breakfast, or else I'm STARVING an hour later, like you said, and that sets the tone for the whole day for me. But if I have eggs/toast (2 eggs fried with Pam spray, and 2 slices of 45 calorie bread), and sometimes I even add a slice of low fat cheddar cheese to that....I'm WAY full…

I'm now at 225 as of this morning. But a couple of weeks ago I was at 219...I'm not sure what happened to my motivation, but I…

My goal is 150 for now, but ultimately I'd like to be between 135 and 140. :) I just think I look best at that size, and feel the most confident.

I've never done a challenge like this before, with the points. I think i will opt myself out of this. I just honestly dont know if I can commit to logging all of my points and then posting them here. There were other members who wanted to join this group, so I don't want to take up a spot that someone else could benefit…

or, ooooh, the dark chocoate vitatop muffins (freezer section) are DELICIOUS. Lots of good stuff in there, and BIG chocolate flavor! You could serve that in addition to some sort of protein.
-
What about stirring some cocoa powder into a bowl of oatmeal? The dark chocolate powder has a really strong chocolately flavor!
-
I can't find the original post...can you tell me what each thing was that we're getting points for? Thanks bunches!

I started about a month ago and am finally on week 3. I needed some extra time on week 2. It's an amazing program--I've always HATED running, and couldn't do it for longer than 15 seconds when I first started. Last night, I ran 3 minutes! I get it--it's a small victory, lol, but I'm on my way! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep…

Pick yourself up and start fresh! You've acknowledged what happened, now put it behind you! Today is another day and today can be GREAT! Pizza happens--don't beat yourself up over it!! Hugs!!

Can I join?? Or am I too late? My name is Brooke, and I'm 34 with 2 girls (Grace is 5 and Leah is 17 months) and a wonderful hubby. I work full time, too, so life is hectic! I've lost 52 pounds as of this morning, but still have a long way to go. This challenge will really help me!!
-
Mine came out almost 5 years ago and I haven't had any troubles at all since then. :)
-
I'd say lower in cals, fat, sodium. Can you add some lean protein in later in the day?
-
every time i have to go fax something at work, and wait for the confirmation to print out, I do leg lifts, squats, and wall pushups. While I wait for my lunch to warm up in the microwave, I jog in place or do some kickboxing moves. :) It's the little things, lol! Great idea doing a little extra throughout your day!!!

I bought a couple different flavors last week--chocolate peanut butter and cookies and cream. They're not tasty. lol They aren't AWFUL, but absolutely not worth the price, in my opinion. Very bland, and not a creamy texture like ice cream is. I'm much happier with a half cup of sorbet, or regular ice cream. A vanilla cone…

I like the greek yogurt idea!!! I think I'll steal that one!! Never thought to put that on a bagel! I'm sure the pb would be fine on the blueberry--I would think it would go better with it than an egg--for some reason an egg on a blueberry bagel doesn't sound right, lol.

I read a recipe on here last week that I've been obsessed with! It's tomatoes (i cut cherry tomatoes in half), red onion, yellow bell pepper (you can use any color of course, but the yellow is so pretty!), cilantro, turkey pepperoni (I quarter each one so it goes further), and cottage cheese. It is DELICIOUS. It's great as…

Hi! I'm in the same boat--mother of 2, working full time. The crock pot has become my BEST friend! Assemble in the crock the night before, plug it in before I leave home in the morning, and dinner is ready when we get home at 5. A favorite is: 4 frozen chicken breasts in the crock. Mix together 1/4 c. balsamic vinegrette…
