I totally nailed the crane pose last night during YogaX! I was able to hold it for the full minute-first time for me!! Yea!!! Also, the work out really does wonders for the flexibility. And we can all used more flexibility in our bodies.

I'm going to rock that Crane pose tonight. Oh and last week I was so excited b/c I was able to stay on one leg without bringing the other one down on the warrior 3 move at the end of the astunga saluation moves. Yea!!!

Ive been doing Insanity for 6 weeks now and although i also throw in P90X, I have lost 12 lbs and I credit a ton of that to Insanity. Have you been watching the calories? Maybe you've added muscle and that's made the scale go up some. I've also found that drinking over 64 oz of water a day helps to flush out everything.…

I already lost 10 lbs and lost 7 inches all over. My 30 day pic looks better than when i did P90X over a year ago at the 30 day mark. Back and bicepts last night. Wow, I forgot how much that one really works the arms. I got busy and missed Ab ripper X, but got insanity in this morning and it had ab stuff in it, so I dont think I missed much. Got Yoga tonight, bring on the crane!!!

I do my Insanity work out around 6 am and then right after work with my hubby we get busy with P90X (usually around 5:30 or 6 pm). The kids like to watch us work out and sometimes they join in.

Hi, Im a working mom too. 33 with 2 kiddos. Ive jumped head first into 2012 with exercise and really paying attention to my food. It's paying off so far, 10 lbs down. I'm here to help encourage too if anyone wants to add me as a friend.

Got kids and hubby out the door; then worked out with Shawn T for Insanity-Core Cardio & Balance, jumped on the scale to see i lost a pound :) Then shower, special k cereal, and out the door to work. It's going to be a great day. 4 quick miles to bust out tonight with hubby in our training for a half marathon.

I didnt buy new clothes, wanted to save my $$ for smaller clothes. But I did buy new running shoes. If you're running, it's best to have good shoes, plus my feet arent fat.
