I went from 195 to 140 in 7 months. Now just keeping it off that is the hard part. Been 3 months and still kept off!

Act II Kettle corn pop corn. Yea, it's microwave, but at only 145 cals for the bag, it kept me sane during those first few weeks. And lots of water.
-
For the record, I would never buy these. And really, who would?

I've seen recipes for cauliflower pizza. Maybe you can turn what they make crust into a type of bun

Yea, you're fat. Deal with it. Get off the couch and put down the candy bar.

Oh and Chipotle salad with chicken and grilled veggies, salsa and corn. Really comes out to a lot of food for me.

Chic Fil A Market Fresh Salad (no dressing or toppings) its 200 cals and it really fills me up. I dont think there are too many cals if you add the dressings or toppings, but I personally dont need them. Add my coke zero and I'm set.

When I think I'm hungry I drink a cup of coffee and I'm not hungry any more. (i put in one splenda and a splash of almond milk--and I log those cals)

I like Insanity by Beach Body (the original) and I also run. Love to hit the road!

I am a full time attorney with 2 kids and hubby who will not pick up his stuff!!! (lol on the hubby part) I MUST get my workout in first thing in the morning. I get the kids and hubby ready and they head out to school and i get a little over an hour to do my workout. I usually do some type of video workout (Insanity,…

This was totally me as well! I'm now 21 bmi and 39 years old. Took 8 months, but the process was worth it. Slow and steady wins the race. You can do it!!

Hamburger Helper at my house. So much sodium now that i look back on it. Yuck!
-
Nope. In my Instapot they come out just falling off the peel, so away it goes!

When I hit the street I hit Spotify All out 80s. Yep, gotta take me back to Jr/high school with the tunes. Sometimes I'll get some 90s too.

Beets. I'm sorry, but they taste like dirt. And yes, I've had dirt. LOL

I start off every day with 1 Thomas English Whole Wheat Muffin (100cals) then 2 slices of low sodium turkey bacon, two eggs (from my own chickens) 1 tbs simply all fruit spread and then coffee with splenda. I'm at 330 cals and it always makes me feel ready to go for the day. Really fills me up.

I have a set routine each morning. Up at 5:05 am to turn on lights and give the family the first wake up call. Make breakfast and lunches for everyone and then they are all out the door by 6:00am. Then it is my time. I hit a video (usually Insanity) and after the workout it is shower/dressed, then coffee with my pre-made…

Your food intake is totally key. While training for a marathon we had a lot of people who were very heavy and remained heavy throughout the training (and we were all running over 30 miles a week). Problem was that many would just head on over to IHOP after our runs, totally negating all the calories they just burned. And…

I've lost 57 pounds in 6 months. I continually do strength training and cardio. I have a ton of stretch marks from having kids, but no loose skin.
-
I'd say about 8 times. Usually it is just 20-30 lbs, this last time it was 50. But I got it all off, and I have a new way of thinking and I will continue to log. Every time I have gained it was because I stopped logging. So this time I will continue to log and not stop on my exercising. It is still staying off for good…

Wow, that is quite a gap between the first and the 4th! You must have a lot of energy! Congrats! I couldn't imagine having another one.

I'm a mother of 2 (16 year old and 11 year old). I've done the weight loss battle up and down for the last 15 years. This time I'm determined to maintain my weight (I just lost 58 pounds and am at my goal). I feel like losing is the 'easy' party, but maintenance is the hard part. Feel free to add me, I am happy to motivate…

I'm in San Diego, so not only was it in the 80s yesterday (and today) but I get to go to the beach too. So ha!

I'm 5'8". I like my height, but since my husband is 5'10" (ok, not really any more, the man has shrunk-although he doesn't want to admit it) wearing heals has me tower over him, so that's sometimes a pain. But that's the only drawback. I wouldn't want to be any taller or shorter. My son is 6'2" (@ 15) though, not really…

Sugar soda, dressing in my salad, alcohol, any type of bun on a sandwich or burger

For me, I have been on this site before, logged and lost weight, then stopped logging and gained the weight back (probably have done this 3 times). So this time, I'm not stopping. I lost the weight and I will continue to log so it doesn't come back. Just my own experience, if it is out of sight it is out of my mind and the…
