Totally agree with this. I've lost over 50 pounds and I still have my coffee (with splenda and non fat milk) and coke zero every day. I think of these as my 'desserts' so it makes the weight loss easier. Just my 2 cents.

39 here, so I just qualify! I loved Fraggle Rock. I was luck enough for 2 months to have it at my house when we were able to get HBO for free. Once we had to pay, away it went. But I've showed my kids on youtube and the web. I have nice memories of eating eggo waffles and drinking sunny delight while watching Fraggle Rock.

If I got to Starbucks, cream and 2 splenda. When I make it at home 2 tbs whole milk and 2 splenda. When I run out of milk, 2 splenda, when there is nothing left - black. I cant go without my coffee even if the cupboard is bear, lol!!!

Shannon, you can do it! I was just like you 3 months ago (started for the 8th time on Aug 31st) and I'm down 40lbs with 15 more to go. The time goes by faster than you think. Just stay the course and you can do it!!

Halloween is also a non issue. I will just avoid the candy and go for some kettle corn (ACT II is awesome) Thanksgiving and Christmas I'll get up early and do a long run and then likely eat those exercise calories back. I'll log my food as normal since I'm on a great streak. Maybe at the end of the day I'll go on a walk…

I totally agree with this! For me it is either capris that are moisture wicking or longer shorts that are the same. I cant do the high shorts or skirts either. Just a suggestion, but have you been drinking enough water? For me when I stalled I found that I wasn't drinking enough water so I got a water bottle to be sure that for me I was drinking at least 80 oz (I actually drink close or over 100oz, but I just like water). This is me totally! My friend and I used to drive to our half way point and put our drinks in the bushes and then they were always waiting for us. Plus it gave us something to look forward too.

This is great! I think the suggestion for the crock pot to have a meal ready for you at home would be a great way for you to go to help avoid the drive thru. Works for me 100% Throw stuff in in the morning and its ready when I get home. No fuss, and I have a great meal!

My husband and I tried out this organic group that brings the farm fresh veggies/fruits to your door. Well the lettuce was wilty (sp), there were ants covering the shipment, and most of the fruits were bruised. We were not impressed at all, and I went back to getting my regular priced fruit/veg at the grocery store.
