  • I'm so excited to be close to finishing off this full round of P90X. I've really noticed it with my butt this time (well, I am doing Insanity program every morning too, so I know that helps). Plus I'm pretty proud that I"m motivated to go into round 2. It really is the Year of Fitness for myself and my husband.

  • I had to move some workouts around, but I did get them all in. I was able to do 2 real pull ups without using my leg on the chair during Legs & Back. That is a first for me!!

  • Im doing a hybrid of P90X and Insanity right now; I plan on one more round of P90X along with 60 days of Insanity (but the insanity will be all the Max work outs). After that round, going to P90X2 and probably sticking with Insanity since I do that first thing in the morning.
  • You have to lose the fat that covers up the muslces (ie eating heathy and cutting calories). But I recommend doing Insanity by Beach Body. It's an all over interval work out for 60 days.
