What thing that I have learned is every lil bit counts....20 min here 20 min there...and its a great start. That along with planning your meals for the day is an awesome start!   • ok the spanx over the shoulder ruffle red one is soooo cute and is on my wish list but since its sooooooo expensive and i have twins (im sure you can relate) i found a slimming sucker innie walmart one and its not that bad :) let me know what you find..im interested!
