  • I just started today doing Body Shred.
  • Mine is suppose to be here on Friday, I plan to start Monday August 24th. How about you?
  • I just ordered it yesterday, I am waiting for it to arive so I can start it. How are you liking it? I have done her Body Revolution and lost my post cancer weight with that and her 30 day shred, hoping the body shred helps me to lose my last 10 pounds.
  • I am doing it, I am on Day 21 today. I don't see any groups for it on here. I am part of a group on facebook.

  • My body likes weight training, I see a lot of people only doing cardio.....maybe add a couple of weight training days into your week. Just a thought. It might help.
  • Sounds like you are doing awesome, just wanted to add that cardio alone doesn't work for me, my body likes some weight training mixed in....maybe add a couple days of weight training and see if that will help at all. Good luck!!!
  • I have done it twice....amazing results for me....I would recommend it. The first time I did it for 30 days straight not rest days, the second time I did it 5 days a week and rested on Saturday and Sunday. It worked well for me both times but I felt better the 2nd time I did it. The rest days helped a lot.

  • I have completed the program once already the beginning of this year, and got awesome results, I plan to start it again this coming Monday....hoping to keep myself committed and complete it again. Gearing my mindset and my motiviation up for Monday. Love hearing about other's success with this program!
  • I did the 30 day shred and then after completing that I got the Body Revolution DVD's of Jillian Michaels....only about 35 mins each day and it works. It was worth the money and it didn't get boring and for me it was very challanging especially the last few weeks of the program.

  • running man is the killer for me as well....I think I am going to die before she says we can stop!!!
  • I have had a lift and implants.....and I love them! I got a good Dr and mine look natural not fake. No regrets for me. My advice is find a good Dr, my Dr was recommended by someone in the family who had her's done so I got to see his work, which made my decision easier. Good luck!!!!
