Dessert time the most difficult for me!! I guess the best thing to do is to distract yourself for at least 20 minutes (going for a walk, taking a shower, cleaning the house, whatever). Then the urge might not be so strong! And make sure your meals are nice and filling :)

I remember a couple years ago I followed 'Look Better Naked' and I found it to be a friendly and enjoyable workout. I learned a lot of workout moves from it too. It comes with a cardio and resistance workout and you alternate it throughout the week.
