Hi, don't feel bad about the bump! This is my second child and I have a bump and I'm only six weeks going on seven! This is crazy, it wasn't like this the first time. Took me forever to get a bump with my first one. :)

I do the same thing with my daughter! When she's getting cranky and awake all I have to do is start working out and it's a giggle fest. Love it!

Eat REAL food with fiber and protein in them to help fill you up. 100 calorie chicken breast vs. 100 calorie protein shake will go a longer way. Add in more veggies if you are hungry.

Since you're a male, stay between 1500-1800 calories... the lower the better. Women can go as low as 1200 but I think that might be a little too low for an active male. Best wishes!
