My coffee-and-cookie time every morning is my special time for myself. If I didn't have it, people would die. And I handle firearms every day, so.... To answer the question: creamer, sugar, cookie, everything carefully measured and logged, lost 28 pounds in 3 months, most of it in the healthy weight range. Have a nice day!

If you think you can do it, DO IT! Best of luck, I hope you get to your goal in no time! But for me, totally giving up candy would be next to impossible. I have another goal - that is my goal weight- that I will try to reach before my birthday in 85 days. Funny because today is day 85 of my logging in everyday here :) hehe

Hi I'm 5'4,5'' 136 lbs at the moment, started somewhere around 165 around new year, hoping to be around 125... This is pretty much the lowest I've been ever(my current weight), so I don't know how 125 looks on me :D There will probably be some new goals when I reach that number.

My legs keep getting skinnier and skinnier, my pants are falling down, but my middle section is still resisting!

Add me if you want. I did the math just a couple of days ago and I seem to be losing 2 lb a week average. There are weeks I just get 1 lb down and there are those when I lose 3! Edited to add that I am already in the healthy weight range so I may want to slow down the loss soon..

I'm 5'4.5'' and my ultimate goal weight is 125(I think). My lowest adult weight was 130 and I didn't like the way I look. The internet says I have a small frame, but I think it's medium(my shoulders are pretty wide). I don't have a time frame but I think I can make it to 125 somewhere in July/August. I'm 138 now. I wore a bikini last summer when I weighted 165(I'm 5'5'' too). I wasn't really happy in it, but I survived. But that's just me. I'm 138 now, tried a bikini a couple of days ago and felt the same like when I was 165. It's all about how you feel.

Good luck with that -.- I rested my knee for about two-three weeks before I thought everything was fine and went for a short jog. That was a week ago and it still hurts. I am bored to death now, I can tell you.
