After highschool I gained 20 lbs, then lost 15, then gained 30! And all of that happened in less than 4 years! So, yeah I guess your body changes as your habits do too.. I'm now 12-15 lbs lighter then I was in HS so I guess that's good :D

Nobody says you have to eat breakfast. Save your calories for lunch and dinner. Plus: Drinking calories-less calories for chewing.

Congrats that is great! My most recent is fitting comfortably in a size 36 dress that was sitting in my closet for months waiting for me to lose weight. That's a US size 4!

I weigh 130 and, when running, I burn around 110 kcal per 10 minutes, so, an hour of running will get me there. But I have a pretty high heart rate, 180-190bpm.

Somewhere in the middle of my weight loss, I lost 5 kg in 5 weeks but I was eating 1200 kcal and exercising every day. Also I was already down to 66-67 kg. Not very healthy.

34 down, 12 to go. That will take me to the lower end of the healthy BMI.

I was only slightly overweight when I joined MFP - 165 lbs at 5'5''. Now I'm down to 130(a bit less maybe) but I don't carry my weight well at all so I'm trying to get to 117-120 and then decide if I'm happy. And I'm 22! Add me guys!

I lost all my weight eating 1200 a day. Now I'm quite close to my goal so I'm easing into maintenance - eating up to 1400 on some days. Add me!

I'm going to throw away most of my closet. Related - buying new clothes - super fun if you are not a broke uni student. Related again - until I can afford new clothes, I have to walk around in my 'it's still kinda decent' fat clothes, which is not flattering. I can rarely finish my meal at a restaurant and I hate paying…

To be able to hold onto a pair of jeans longer than a couple of months. Now they wear out between legs and I have to throw them away :/
