you can totally have a bad weekend! might as well if you're out lol but that's just me! I'm just the type that if I deprive myself of bad food... I will fall off the wagon and binge eat like a weirdo. so......anything is ok in moderation and if portioned well!

I KNOW. That is the hardest... not eating doughnuts on Friday's, or ever getting starbucks, or ordering food delivery for lunch at work when everyone else is doing it! BUT it's also not as hard as you think to only eat what you bring to work! all about will power I guess, which is all about your mindset I think anyway.…

Hi! Looking at your diary - you should cut calories at least to 1,500/day if you are trying to lose and gradually cut that down to 1,200/day. MFP is giving you too many calories. Try it for 3 days - I bet you will lose! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

I have been using MFP for 45 days and am feeling great about the changes I have made. Now, I do and always will have bad days which I know some people are totally against, but I used to be a closet eater (lol) and I feel like if I never eat anything bad that is what will happen. I still drink, still eat fast food, may help…

Hi friend! Honestly I am so not motivated by working out at home. I would rather sit my but on the couch. I would recommend going to the gym! I just started and I like it a lot! Planet Fitness is only $10/month!

I say you do not need to stop eating sugar... moderation is fine. I like the 100 calorie packs of cookies or chocolate covered pretzels! They are enough to fix the craving! :)
