Great work! I have done weight watchers off and on since I was a teenager. It works. However, I agree with a few others here. It doesn't actually teach you to eat. It just teaches you to restrict your intake to meet a points allowance. I lost over 140 lbs with MFP, became injured (1 1/2 years of injury so far) and gained…

432 sticks of butter. Damn I could be rich if I converted my fat into butter...

Shoveling snow, trying to thaw out our water pipes so we can have water to the upstairs, cleaning. UGH I'd rather go running. :(

For my career goals, I need to stay under 150 lbs, I am 5'5. I'd prefer some wiggle room on the scale so I'm shooting for anywhere between 130-140 lbs. Once I get down to it though, I plan on focusing more on body fat % (goal is 18%).

o/ me! No surgery, started 09/2011 and have about 60 lbs to go.

I actually started my final journey 1 1/2 years ago because it was my last "try" before I was going to have lap-band surgery. Well, my "try" turned into a "do" and I haven't looked back. Yes, I've always struggled with my weight, but I wasn't always heavy. I bounced back and forth via disordered eating most of my life.…

I get cold very easily now, am always covered in bruises (but my blood work came back normal), oh and my feet shrunk! I have to buy smaller size shoes now. RIP all of my heels.

Great job! I agree, the Android app makes it so easy and I too LOVE the barcode scanner. Keep up the great work, eventually this will all just become a habit and you won't even have to think about doing it

Great work! I myself have been very interested in tactical/bodyweight training due to the functional aspect. I imagine it was difficult to make that change but you were able to do it, and stick with it! Great goal, by the way!

Yup, I also use it as a reminder. I tend to log my food for the day each morning (I'm a planner, that's just how I work) so when I go add my water or whatever, I see my log and can be like "oh crap, forgot to take that!". Works for me, doesn't work for all. I'd say give it a try and if you like it, keep it up! :)

I'm paranoid about being followed or watched when I'm walking or running. I check parked cars to make sure no one is hiding in them as I pass. I also hate having strangers stand behind me and I don't like having my back to the center of the room or doorway. My friends usually let me pick my seat first if we go out for…

I just came for the boobies. Once I see that word, I lose focus on everything else.

Amazing work, you look great!

This is pretty much me, too. I don't believe in specific cheat days for me because I KNOW me, I'll use it as an excuse to binge. So now if I'm craving something or really wanting it, I have it if it feels worth it to me. I've even found I no longer even want something special every week, it's totally random now. As long as…

YES! I cut out friends that are dramalicious, whether they are male OR female. I don't care what gender you are, be my friend, have my back, and I'll do the same for you.

Absolutely! I love my digital scale. I even use it to weigh my books for paperbackswap when I mail those out. I highly recommend one :D

I plan my recipes for the week the Friday before (and create my grocery list at the same time). I personally cook one meal and eat it until it's gone (as leftovers for lunch and dinner), I know this doesn't work for everyone because most people like variety. I normally just cook for myself but am currently cooking for my…

I am now making a movies-to-be-watched list...(I own both Cranks though, love them!)

YESSS I forgot about these.

300 is awesome, The Mechanic, Ip Man, The Transporter, Ninja Assassin, Fight Club, Redbelt. And of course, my most favorite movie of all time, Hitman. Then again, Hitman is my go-to movie for anything. Sad? Hitman. Mad? Hitman. Happy? Hitman. I think you get the point.

Bald men or very short hair including buzz cuts. I don't want a man prettier than me, either. I'd prefer tough and rugged over sensitive and pretty any day. Besides that, I don't care what color hair/skin/eyes/whatever. If I'm attracted to you, I'm attracted to you. Somehow I keep ending up with the girly guys despite my…

I JUST bought the (men's) Polar FT-7 last week off Amazon (I believe it was $67?). It tells you average and max heart rate from each workout, calories burned, time spent, where you land on their scale of fat burning vs. fitness/cardio training (BS but whatever). I'm loving it so far, although if you want to upload the data…

I love cooking and my favorite part is trying new recipes! When I did finally start exercising, I too did walking. It's really a great way to start, you will do wonderful! If you are ever in need of recipe ideas, let me know! I store all of mine on pinterest and follow a few blogs (Skinny Taste and Kalyn's Kitchen are my…
