Leicester here! Feel free to add me :)

I get so so frustrated with stuff like this because 'the ****ing NHS' tars us all with the same brush when it's only a few that are causing the problems. The language thing is awful and some of the ethics that doctors have are ridiculous in some situations but it isn't all of us. Some of the weight things doctor suggest…

Good luck with your goals. I haven't seen a lot of people in your situation so I hope you can find some support and hope you do really well on your way to becoming a beefcake

I know a lot of people rave about Polar HRM's so I'm going to join the gang. I've got an FT4 and it's brilliant. Not cheap but if you're serious about monitoring it might be worth the investment :)

A much more smiley face too, well done :)

An old boss came in was asking after everyone and my new boss mentioned me and he said 'Oh, the fat one?' and she said 'Not any more!' and was really pleased with herself and came over to tell me what she said. Sort of a compliment, sort of makes you feel like crap!

What a beefcake! Brilliant transformation, you must be so so pleased. Well done!
-
You've done brilliantly! Very well done!

Clean definitely works for some people but I've never really done it and I've lost 75lbs. I think it's something we should all try to do at least sometimes but like a lot of other commenters, I eat the same as before but smaller amounts/fewer times a month and with lots more green things!

Hello! I love WW, I used to do it and help out at my local meeting when I was about 16 and my mum had great success with it. It's similar in some ways here so I'm sure you're going to love it :)

I've got big shoulders and hips too. Not really that much you can do about it really. Plus you have a gorgeous shape so I wouldn't worry in the slightest!

Gorgeous :)

Repeat after me: It's not a diet, it's not a diet  We all have days where we go over our calories, it's not a big issue, you might see a funny weight on the scale for a couple of days but it's nothing. It helps if you know your BMR and your 'maintenance' calories - ladies are recommended to eat 2000 calories a day…

Congratulations on a great transformation in progress! And also a huge well done for being brave enough to share it with us all. It's only really when you look at what you were before compared to now that even the biggest disbelievers are convinced of what a great job they're doing. Congrats again and keep up the great…

Just wanted to thank you all for your great comments. :flowerforyou:

I'm in Leicester so a little close :) feel free to add me!

Started at 265, now at 205 with 30-40lbs to go (very much undecided as I've never weighed that so no idea how I'll look!) If anyone wants to add me you're more that welcome

But the less heavy the bins, the less calories you'll burn! That is great though - same here (sort of). We used to drink loads and loads of beers and ciders so our aluminium recycling was crazy, like a bag a week. Now there's just lots of glass bottles of low cal spirits :drinker:

Another person that doesn't get it here. I see so so many people they can't eat that much but how did we all end up fat and on here in the first place? I totally agree with all the nut comments though, and the ones about full fat. Try having less 'diet' stuff if you eat them now, full fat versions will give you the extra…

60 pounds of elephant penis!

Well I'm on day 337 and I'm telling you all that if you follow it properly and exercise regularly you'll get to all your goals  Good luck everyone!

I've got the implant. Was perfect for a year and a half, no periods, no issues, no pain and then I started vigorous exercise and just started bleeding and pretty much haven't stopped. Now it's less with the exercise and more with sex. Two ultrasounds, swabs and many dr's appointments later, my doctor finally told me the…

Not had the same issue but I've seen loads of forum and newsfeed posts that have the same issue. What I've seen multiple times is that your body is trying to push all the bad out and drastically changing your diet is going to effect loads of things in your body an skin seems to be one of them. Like I said, this is just…

You are brilliant :flowerforyou:

You look great :)

Leicester girl here anyone wants a new pal :)

I'm so so happy for you. :flowerforyou:

Fantastic work! Even if you didn't win the challenge you definitely still won or yourself. Keep up the great work :)

Ugh I am awful with buffets. Try and avoid stuff that you don't know what it's made out of like cakes and sandwich fillers. Breadsticks and crudités are good cause you need to crunch them and they take a bit more work. Enjoy yourself but stay away from greasy things and drink loads of water so the salt doesn't stick. Have…

Weekends are the worst! I've put on about the same over christmas too but don't sweat it, I'll come back off once you get into a routine I'm sure. Feel free to add me if you want some encouragement :) Caroline.
