I have just done my longest run! Thank you guys for all your encouragement! Had a week off so I was dreading it but I ended up doing 50 minutes straight which is a PB :-D Tomorrow is not going to be pretty :-/

Today has not been a good day for my snacking :-( the morning was right on track, afternoon can only be described as a disaster!!! I managed 30 Day Shred when I got home, but nowhere near enough to undo my eating :-( New day tomorrow! Keep on track guys :-D

Good effort on sticking to your goals and I hope your Grandma is ok? I stress eat awfully if i'm having a bad day. Need to keep on top of it. Struggling to get back into the swing of things eating wise after Easter weekend. Hopefully by the end of the week I will be back on track :-)

I first ready this as doing 1000 chin-ups today. I though you were some form of machine :o Amazing effort! I may joint you on the running every other day if that's ok :-) I have a 10k in June and my longest outdoor distance so far is 6k :-( We don't have chocolate, wine or firemen though :-/ clearly I'm in the wrong town!!!

Love the idea of a practice run :-) I had a NSV yesterday when I tried to run 3km in my quickest time possible. A few month's ago I couldn't even run for more than 2 minutes and now running 3k is just enjoyable. I have to do a longer run tomorrow though which will probably kick my butt! Thanks for this suggestion. I gave this a go today. Did a medium run (for me) and tried upping my speed. Rather than running a long distance till I was knackered!!! It was also great as my medium distance would have seemed like an impossible task a few months ago but now it's just enjoyable and dare I say relatively easy.…

Yes good question, is this just artificial sugar or natural as well (fructose, honey, etc)? I did completely artificial sugar free in January and felt AMAZING, and it gave me much more control over my eating. I am so tempted to join you on this, I need to think if I can say goodbye to wine again :'( :'( :'(
