Nice! Would you recommend I incorporate strength into my workout? I pretty much concentrate on cardio at the moment. With a small circuit training session in week day mornings. Would strength training help with the running?

Thanks for the tip. There is a 10K equivalent but I am not getting on with it as well as the C25K. I like the idea of increasing one run a week by 1k, will try that tonight. My race is the first week of June...

Challenge #3 I decided to have thyme on our homemade pizzas (Friday night treat). I usually go a little overboard with chilli's so this toned it down quite nicely!

I used to do regular weight checks, but I found I became obsessed and was doing it every day. I would also then freak out if there was a change I didn't like. Now I go with how my clothes feel and have started to measure instead. Good luck on your journey!

Agree with Scotty. I am a regular runner and the Apple Watch is ideal. I have a Series 2 but my running buddy has a First Gen and it operates exactly the same. Challenge 3 done of 5 days of no alcohol!!! I always feel better when I don't drink over a weekend, and it keeps my eating in check. But sadly social occasions sometimes get in the way of this!!!
