I’ve graduated to barbell squats. I was using the smith machine because even just the barbell without weights on it was too heavy for me to lift. But I tentatively tried using the barbell a couple days ago and was able to do it. Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow.

I didn’t know there was Dutch Bro’s in Phoenix. We have them here in Oregon and we love them. I’m also a half decaf/half regular coffee drinker and brew it that way at home also. Can not function without my coffee! Yes x 3 today. Was a rest day but I ended up playing an hour of Pickleball.
