@Safari_Gal_ people say that it’s supposedly easy to hit the disagree button by accident but I’ve seen so many disagrees lately, it’s way more than usual. There are always going to be people who just must disagree even when it makes no sense.

January 27 Exercise: yes, great upper body workout this morning and stretching, p/t, abs this evening. I’m beat. Calories: yes Tracked: yes I think I posted in the January 26th thread, that was also 3 yesses. I’ve only used one pass day.

I tried the PlantFusion this morning, it was pretty chalky. But it might have just been the recipe or poor blending on my part. I’m keeping an open mind. @bold_rabbit I might try that one, I like garden of life products and I like those calorie/protein numbers.

I had that orgain peanut butter one once and it was awesome. I think I found it at Tj Maxx and never saw it again.
-
I saw that one and considered it. I like the high protein in that one but the calories were also higher so theoretically, I could get the same protein per calories with PlantFusion if I just added half a scoop.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, just physical therapy and stretching. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes but it was right. Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

I've weighed daily forever but I think my mood is too closely tied to the number I see there. So, although it'll probably be really hard, I'm not weighing for a week. My food is pretty dialed in, I log everything and know what calorie number I need to be below so this hopefully won't effect that side of things.

Thank you!!!

My NSV of the day - I put on a pair of pants this morning that always gave me a muffin top. No muffin top today! And for the past week, I've been comfortable enough in my swimsuit to go to the pool and swim laps.

I’ll eat a protein bar (gomacro) if I’m not able to get away for real food or not able to make a protein smoothie.

I’m 46 yrs old, 5’4” and working on maintaining between 126-130 lbs. Eating about 1700 calories a day and trying to increase my protein (also on a plant based diet).
-
I’m the same age as you and my weight stalled out for months. Then, it all came off at once. Be patient and continue logging. I also increased my protein when I started lifting and that’s when the scale made a big drop.

46 years old/ female. I started at 153 lbs and am now at 130, my original goal weight. But I’m considering slowly going a little lower. The number one thing that works for me - logging calories and staying under my daily calorie goal. If I’m not logging, I’m overeating. It’s too easy to “forget” what I’ve eaten otherwise.…

@glennagael what a bummer to have anxiety after the high of working out. I hope you figure it out. Things I didn't know: a - that I would feel like the same person I was 25 pounds ago and forget that I look different until seeing myself in pictures. b - that my neck would have so much extra skin! c - that working out could…
