extra calories burned from exercise should be eaten back, or at least some of them. Youv burned energy in exercise so will need to re fuel and eat a bit more. Your intake recomended by mfp includes a calorie deficit so any more you burn should be eaten back x

I love my treadmill at home. I can do different intervals and different workouts and I always feel hard worked after. Id like an elliptical but I dont have one (might get one in a few years if I still want one!)

I do if I eat late at night as then I dont get hungry til 1-2pm if it was a big snack/mini meal late at night. Im trying to make sure Im on target for the week so daily I try not to worry too much, but I dont like seeing im over my goal for the day so I sometimes move calories to the next day

I usually burn about 4-6calories a minute depending on the workout. Im 5"5 and 152lbs. If I do treadmill running intervals I can burn 210 cals in 30mins. Obviously if you are heavy then doing certain things will be a higher burn then if a smaller person did them

I usually mix it up between 3 min runs/2 min walks for 30mins or high incline (6% is the highest I can cope with out of the 10% mine goes up to!) for 30mins. Theres not a huge amount of difference between calories burned for me. In 30mins of run/walk intervals I burn about 210cals and with the high incline walk I burn…

today was a 25 min aerobics session then 30 mins on treadmill doing 3min run/2min walk intervals for 5 sets plus a 5 min warm up. Was a good 205cals burned through the interval set and will do again!

im 5"5 and 14lbs and find most workout dvds burn about 5-7 calories a minute for me. Maybe use 5 cals a minute as a rough guide?

I use mine too. Even my kids love to watch and they let me get on with it. I go for about 60mins then add in 3 days of c25k on the treadmill and bike 3-4 days a week.
